I am a visual Artist and writer working primarily in acrylics, creating works that explore the relationship between humans and nature. My practice integrates expressionism and realism, using bold exaggerated hues to create a unique style to evoke the emotional and spiritual connections we share with the natural world.
At the heart of my work is the exploration and curiosity about how we coexist with our environment. Natural symbols, trees, Caribbean atmospheres and human figures appear in my paintings not as separate entities , but as interconnected forces . In a time when disconnection is both a cause and a symptom of global crises, I believe in the artist's power to help restore awareness, wonder and a sense of wholeness with nature.

I am an actor who can paint. My paintings, often inspired by the theatrical, reflect my journey as a Caribbean artist. After spending time in England developing my abilities, I returned home with a deeper understanding of my voice and perspective. My work is created from a Caribbean viewpoint while speaking to both local and international audiences.
My influences range from comic books, cinema posters and pop art to classical masters such as Michelangelo, Manet, Caravaggio and Lautrec. While many influences shape my work, the style and subjects I pursue are ultimately my own.”
